Open Enrollment: 2016-2017


General Information: The Open Enrollment period for student applications will be from Monday,
January 4, 2016 through Tuesday, January 19, 2016.  The school will advertise this period
through various media sources including but not limited to television, radio and local
newspapers.  In order to be considered for enrollment, all applicants will have to demonstrate
that they have successfully completed the previous grade level before admission can be granted
to the school.

Please Note: All students [including siblings] are required to submit an enrollment application
for the lottery within the open enrollment period. Applications can be requested at the school or
downloaded from the hyperlinks below.  Every application must be delivered either via the mail
or in person to the school.

Applications must be postmarked by January 19, 2016 or received at the school before 4:00 p.m.
on the same date.  No applications will be accepted via Email or by facsimile. If you have
